The Northern Design Awards is an annual celebration of the best of northern design and style and boasts a judging panel that includes internationally recognised architects and designers, including Harriet Forde, President of the British Institute of Interior Designers, and Adam White, President and Fellow of the Landscape Institute.

Each year the Awards received thousands of entries from developers, architects, interior designers and landscape designers across the North of England all vying for a coveted finalist position, and the glory of being named best in sector.

The winners of the Awards will be announced at a black-tie gala dinner on Friday 15th November at The Principal Hotel in Manchester City Centre.

There is just one property remaining for sale at The Moorings in Bollington, a five bedroom detached home priced at £635,000 providing spacious and stylish living accommodation over three floors and an exceptional specification, including a SieMatic kitchen, designer bathrooms with Porcelanosa tiling, underfloor heating and a cosy log burner.
