Wheelock Street, Middlewich

Henderson Homes is partnering with McCarthy and Stone to deliver a much needed development of high quality new homes and Retirement Living apartments on Wheelock Street in Middlewich.

Planning has been approved for 35 new Henderson homes, including one bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom homes, plus 50 new Retirement Living apartments.

The development will be constructed on derelict land adjacent to Middlewich’s Tesco store. Henderson Homes has worked with leading architectural practice, Calderpeel, on the design for each residence.
