THREE FINALIST PLACES SECURED IN DESIGN AWARDS
Henderson Homes is celebrating after having three local developments shortlisted in this years’ Northern Design Awards.
Henderson Homes, whose head office is in Mere, specialises in the design and delivery of high-quality low volume residential developments across Cheshire and Merseyside, as well as bespoke high end residential and commercial builds through specialist contracting business, Noble Projects.
Henderson Homes has been shortlisted in the Best Residential Development category for The Moorings, a select development of seven stone-built detached and semi-detached homes in a waterside location within Bollington’s Macclesfield Canal Conservation Area.
Two substantial and unique family homes delivered by Noble Projects on Faulkners Lane in Mobberley and Torkington Road in Wilmslow and have both been shortlisted in the category of Best Residential Build. Each is a contemporary style home with original architectural features and an exceptional specification and were delivered in association with theCAVE architecture + design.
The Northern Design Awards is an annual celebration of the best of northern design and style and boasts a judging panel that includes internationally recognised architects and designers, including Harriet Forde, President of the British Institute of Interior Designers, and Adam White, President and Fellow of the Landscape Institute.
Each year the Awards received thousands of entries from developers, architects, interior designers and landscape designers across the North of England all vying for a coveted finalist position, and the glory of being named best in sector.
The winners of the Awards will be announced at a black-tie gala dinner on Friday 15th November at The Principal Hotel in Manchester City Centre.
